FEMALE TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Urgently required FEMALE Telesales Executive with prior experience. Training will be provided. Candidate should be on HUSBAND/FATHER SPONSORSHIP. NO VISA WILL BE PROVIDED,
Salary: AED 1800.00 Preference will be given to the candidate with good communication skills in English and residence of Bur Dubai/Deira/Karama.
 
Role

• Regular phone calls, meetings and strong follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain the level of business activity or revenue.
• Contributing to the team performance by working towards agreed set targets; and by sharing and implementing best practices in telesales.
• Developing and maintaining database in spreadsheet of new contacts, and updating the same on daily basis and submitting to the management.

Requirement

• Must have excellent communication skills and have ability to communicate effectively and explain the products and services through the phone calls to clients from different backgrounds.
• Fluent in English is MUST.
• Managing, tracking and following-up on leads by calling client and meeting monthly sales target.
• Should be goal orientated, target driven, self-motivated, organised and a sociable individual.
• Educational requirements: High school, diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
• Preference will be given to the person staying in Bur Dubai area and have Telesales experience.
