Job Duties
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word •processing, managing files and records.
•Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
•Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. •This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
•Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
•Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
•Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
•Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualifications
•Able to match the data in two systems. Able to create maintenance record.
•Handling paper works
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Enthusiastic and self motivated
•Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on •Keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
•Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
