Position Required: Quantity Surveyor
Well versed knowledge in preparing Pre-Tender as well Post Tender documentation for Industrial Buildings, Low to Medium Rise Buildings
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years of UAE experience only can apply
Requirements:
• Very Well Knowledge of Costing & Estimation for Industrial & Low to Medium Rise Buildings
• Ability to take Quantity Take Off, Preparing Tender Documentation
• Ability to provide break up with Material, Labor rates in detail
• Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Tender Requests
• Preparation of Variation Claims, Extension of Time etc.,
• Preparation of Post Contract Interim Invoices as per Site Execution
• Minimum Knowledge in FIDIC contracts
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) / Quantity Surveying;
• Knowledge in Autocad/Primavera, MS Office.
