Requirements:

1) 1 – 2 Years baking experience high speed Automatic Industrial Bakery Environment is essential.

2) Solid Understanding of IR, OHS, HACCP verification standards and procedures.

3) Should have adequate knowledge of Food Safety & Security audit.

4) Computer Literate.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the operation of machineries and equipment.

2) Responsible for set up and pre-running of the equipment to ensure proper production operation.

3) Control of line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product elegance and safety.

4) Responsible for various quality checks.

5) Completes all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc., utilizing SAP, SOP’s, Safety operation, training, as appropriate.)

6) Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED1,400.00 per month.
