Ability to conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of sales techniques
Relaxed, confident telephone manner, and strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to convey a message to patients and elicit answers
Computer skills
Result-oriented approach
Good team worker
Patient, determined and motivated

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Arabic Speaking is a huge advantage
University/college degree is an asset
Work experience in a clinic is a strong point
Familiarity with phone systems
Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Excel software preferred.
