Role and Responsibilities:

Be able to support and work with the Windows (7/10 Operating system)
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software
Managing and supporting attendance software
Managing software Vendor
Managing call and email in IT desk
Creation and Supporting of Money products credentials issue.
File uploading based on requirement.
Managing and supporting company website and social media.
Directly reporting to IT Head.
Managing company registered SIM Cards details
Software testing based on test cases
CASMEX application support
Managing Etisalat postpaid for billing and downloading invoice details
Manual backup for data base server to local PC
WPS application support
iShield application support

Candidate Requirements
Only Female candidates can apply.

Nationality -Indian /Filipino

Willing to work on a shift basis and Fridays.

Freshers can also apply.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (Bsc / B.Tech)

• Problem Solving Skill

• Excellent verbal and written Skill

• The ability to work under pressure
