Required Architect.

Strong and extensive knowledge of building design processes.
Experience in working on a variety of building types i.e. residential, commercial, etc.

Strong knowledge in design development and other construction documentation.

Familiarity with local code and requirements of local authorities and submissions such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, green building regulations, etc.

Well-versed in design applications such as Auto CAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max etc.

Report presentation skills- In design, Photoshop or others
Eye for design detailing, specifications and maintain design standards.
