Key Responsibilities
Answer calls professionally and according to client
Listen and understand customer needs

Identify the existence of available solutions and provide solutions to client

Customer Relationship Management
Proactively work with the relevant groups and team members

Maintain, progressively enhance and deliver a positive customer experience at all times
Responsible for the overall all the time

Nationality : Asian nationality
Gender : Male and female
Salary during the interview

Maintain records related to sales
Understands the required marketing activities, executes such activities as per the instruction of the department head

Ensures Enumeration, analysis and reporting of data related to market intelligence on competitor schemes and activities to adopt appropriate inter counter strategies.
