Duties:
Processing business transactions
Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices
Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
Maintaining sales ledger and general ledger
• Responsible for maintaining a well-organized and accurate Accounting function
• To maintain and reconcile cash accounts
• To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 Years
• Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite
with accurate data-entry, Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data
