Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and guests.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, receiving and storing daily mail.
Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all doctors and patients and screen documents.
Update calendars and schedule for doctors appointments and meetings.
Develop and implement our center procedures.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
Maintain general patients record systems to uphold accurate files.
Perform administrative tasks.
