Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved Construction drawings, Contract documents, Project Specifications and all applicable standards as per International Standards and Local Authorities Standards.
Submit site daily reports ,inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
Liaise with Purchase for timely indent of materials and deliveries.
Indenting of materials for the project requirements.
Coordinating with Main Contractor, Consultants and Client’s managers.
Ensuring all safety regulations are followed by technicians and supervisors.
Ensure all documents are prepared, checked and signed by concern persons.
Motivating and Upgrading supervisors & technicians for better standards and quality of works.
Review of Technical issues.
Any other related job as assigned by superiors.
