Execution of export documentation requirements for shipment from port to destinations, which include Letter of Credit shipment, commercial invoice, etc..
* Following up with customers and freight forwarders and be aware of status of all shipments.
* Arranging shipping documents in a timely manner without any discrepancies.
* Able to coordinate with the forwarder/clearing agents for custom clearing and receipt of Import shipments.
* Payment control to suppliers and from the customer.
* Documentation and data entry for all shipments.
