1. Quality Control Manager / Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing

Job Description
– 8-10 years of relevant managerial experience in Quality Control and Technical functions within production/manufacturing in the Food Manufacturing industry
– Responsible for the complete quality assurance/quality control of the food processing facility
– In-charge of all the technical aspects of food manufacturing and to represent the business on all technical related matters
– Perform quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes
– To monitor, maintain and improve the quality control and food safety systems.
– To insure compliance with company quality standards and HACCP regulatory requirements
– extensive previous experience of managing technical processes within the food sector
– Reviewing existing policies and planning how to improve quality management systems
– To lead Hygiene, Technical Services, and Process Teams
– To be responsible for New Product Development
– SAP working knowledge is an advantage
– Sea food industry experience is a plus
