We are looking for one Civil Foreman with 9 to 10 years Experience in Dibba, Al Fujairah.

• Ensure that proper resources are in place for the timely completion of work, including labor, tools, equipment & material.
• Timely communication and follow up with Site Engineer or Project Manager for requirements.
• Smooth operation of site Arrange work sequence to open up works for all subcontractors.
• Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their work performance and further works need.
• Ensure approved materials were used by subcontractors.
• Attend weekly construction meetings.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Managing store materials and Monitoring of the execution team.
• Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production goals, performance feedback, safety and schedule, hazards, and to solicit feedback from the workers
• Organize work plan, coordinating with Construction Manager, for volunteer crews prior to their build day on site.

• Preferably Arabic Speaking
• Should have UAE driving licence.
• Should have 9 – 10 years previous experience in UAE. Preferably in Al Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah or Abu Dhabi.
