Need the services of a procurement assistant with basic experience in procurement or related. He or She will be Responsible for raising Purchase Order, Making Delivery Schedule, Follow up with supplier.
• Placing inquiries with the potential suppliers.
• Following up with the suppliers for ensuring timely deliveries.
• Evaluating the offers received from various suppliers.
• Negotiating prices from various vendors.
• Verifying and endorsing payment indents; ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and in line with laid down company policies and procedures.
