• Proficient in MS Office packages
Experience is preferred although not essential. Candidates must have good communication skills in Hindi, English

• Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and a high customer service commitment

Responsibilities:
• Handle multi-line telephone system efficiently and accurately applying the company telephone etiquettes & call handling.

• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
