Position summary:
Act as the point of contact for all departments, employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries in line with company policies and procedures in order to enable business to achieve its set targets and business objectives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration Services
Arrange hotel booking and/or airport pick for Company visitors (key) employees to order to meet expectations and maintain company image in the eyes of our visitors and employees.
Contracts
Follow up the correct execution of contacts signed wish third parties to ensure that execution is line with the contract terms and conditions.
Company Gathering/Events
Coordinate and arrange Company gathering and events in order to meet business requirements and management expectation
Utilities Services
Review and advice finance on payment of all utilities bills to ensure on-time settlement and deduction of personal calls from respective employees’ monthly salary.
Company Vehicles Management
Organize driver’s daily schedules and duties to endure that company business is handled effectively.
Fleet Coordination
Maintain Branch fleet to ensure availability of trucks/cars for sales/distribution and transportation of employees
Third Party Vehicles
Review, issue and advice finance on payment of third party rented cars bills including authorization letters to ensure on-time settlement.
Housekeeping
Follow up the cleaning and maintenance work of Branch buildings and assets to ensure that all Branch buildings are fully operational and clean at all times.
Water/Diesel Supply
Ensure adequate supply of water and diesel in order to meet production and employees requirements
Company Accommodation
Organize and manage employees housing to ensure that all units are adequately furnished and maintained in accordance with the company policy
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
Experience:
2 years minimum in a in Administration or Personnel Management role
