We are looking for a office based administration assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The agent will act as the key link between our company and patients.

We will provide full training on our services for the role.

As Medica Stem Cells your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s treatments and maximise sales growth.

Medica Stem Cells sole aim is to improve people’s lives by providing excellent state of the art treatments in our clinics alongside fantastic customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Calling patients on the phone and booking them in for treatments.
Answering phones and booking in patients.
Talking with patients and assessing client’s needs and providing information on our medical Treatments
Working in a busy clinic dealing arranging patients and medical staff.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven work experience in Administration and sales and customer service.

Familiarity with databases and statistics.

Knowledge of MS Office

Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Strong organisational and time management skills
