Looking for Secretary and Front Desk can Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the department.
• Serve as main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
• Coordinates and resolves all client related issues.
• Develop strong relationships with all clients
• Develops in conjunction with Sales and Marketing management, client reporting packages. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all documents, enquiries, reports as per client and company guidelines.
• Works with client and respective internal managers to ensure strong monthly client scorecard results.
