Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Respond to all calls from the clients and provide them with the required information
Prepare and share our correspondence, reports as well as other documents
Communicate with the clients to answer inquiries and provide information
Attend to the needs of the clients in a timely manner
Work to ensure customer satisfaction at all times through providing excellent cervices

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Business related Degree from a recognized university
Minimum 2+ years of experience in providing customer support services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be a competent user of the computer
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Good planning and organizational skills
Must be results oriented with strong problem analysis as well as solving skills
Must have a positive attitude
Ideal candidates must be currently available in the UAE
