Monitor customer PO status, follow up order release.
Follows up procurement to ensure prompt delivery.
Responsible for customer PO process function.
Follows up customer payment receive status.
Review and analyze customer Accounts.
Assist to process customer other request for quotation, sample, product quality, document etc.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
Keep record of sales trends.
Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
