Customer Service cum Receptionist

To warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.

Responsible for effectively managing all social media accounts, posts, marketing and offers.

Welcoming walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.

To cross-sell services and products when appropriate such as through informative brochures and gift cards.

Responsible for processing transactions in cash and credit cards and issue receipts.

The candidate is required to oversee health, safety and hygiene in the locations at all times.
