Office Admin

Organize and share incoming mail in the office
Assist in maintaining files as well as records to stay updated and easily accessible
Respond to the office telephone and take messages or redirect calls to suitable staff members when necessary
Assist in preparing outgoing mail
Conduct filing and basic bookkeeping work in the office
Observe stocks of office supplies and inform management on shortages.

Candidates should be available in UAE.
