• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

• control and guide the repair and maintenance activities in the workshop and to achieve or exceed the targeted business by maximum productivity and technical efficiency from the Technical floor.
