Experience in conducting formal Call Center & customer care training
Extensive experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing Call center operations
Should have Good Communication Skill
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent English language communication skills, speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Able to handle all customers well when at work.
