Monitor and maintain inventory through regularly conducting stock counts of merchandise in the stores
Organize stocks and products in the store area
Preserve quality through adhering to organization standards
Ensure correct amount of stock in the store
Revise all records including bin cards, goods received as well as goods acknowledgement notes
Preserve a safe and clean store environment through ensuring daily cleaning
Supervise inventory and supply chain management based on the company guidelines
Generate and dispatch requested stocks from stores according to distribution lists
Any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or any related field of study
At least 1+ years of experience in store operations
Proven time management and organizational skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite
Must be a flexible and a team player
Competency in using computer applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
