Oversee the sales team for target achievement
Create sales promotion initiatives in the company
Preserve good relations with customers
Prepare weekly sales and activity report and present them to the management

Job Qualifications and Experience

At least 0-1 year of experience in the same or similar position
Good communication and customer service skills
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills required
