Communicate with Production and Sales Offices and delivery drivers for Deliveries.
Responsible for controlling all Delivery notes.
Responsible to follow up receiving / tracking Signed Delivery notes, Check or Cash upon delivery.
Maintaining Delivery notes soft copy on server.
Responsible for maintaining & updating Dispatch Data on excel and ERP.
Follow up with all Documents & Invoices.
Follow Up on Finished Goods & Purchased Items which are advised for delivery.
