• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors

• Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision, ability to do multi-tasking job at any
• Act as a liaison and first point of contact for Parents
• Handle new Admissions as and when required.
