Customer Care/Customer Service Required

The ideal candidate should be able to combine both strong customer service skills as well as the ability to perfectly perform administrative and marketing tasks.

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task to successfully perform duties
Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members is critical
Understanding of basic cash processing procedures is required
Strong computer skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, evening and weekends.
