We are looking for an experienced Female Secretary,
– Need excellent English & Arabic skills, presentable and articulate in attending Telephone calls and responsible for all Administrative functions, experience preferable.
-Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
-Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments -Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating
-Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
-Good Typing Speed in Excel Worksheet Quotation.
