We have 10 job openings located in Riyadh for the position of Desktop Support Engineer
- Creating, testing and deploying software images for endpoint devices
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Developing and implementing Software Update
- Schedule including patch management and software distribution tools to ensure updates are rolled out in a timely manner
- Ensuring security updates are up to date for all endpoints.
- Listening to users explain their computer issues, identify the problem and communicate solution while keeping users informed and updated at all times
- Identifying business impact of upgrading software to latest patched version
- Working with application owners on remediation of vulnerable software
- Generating reports for hardware and software inventories, new or aged vulnerabilities etc.
- Keeping track of all work assigned and ability to provide daily updates to management
- Provide after hours support when necessary
Qualification-
Candidates with below documents will be considered;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
MCSA,MCSE,MCP certifications- any
At least 2-3 years of Desktop Engineering (advanced knowledge of patch management and software distribution)
Experience designing, deploying, managing, and configuring virtual and physical workstation environments using Windows 10 or any with Microsoft.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
Experience administering in an Active Directory environment
Knowledge of and experience with Office 365 Administration, and client applications.
