We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Person with Extraordinary marketing Skills to join our Contracting Company.

Duties:

• Search for and bid on new projects

• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project

• Consider how space will be used and how people will move through space

• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

• Prepare final plans, using computer applications

• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs

• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements

• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

• Shall be responsible for getting new projects for the company.

• The method used for obtaining new projects shall be by physical visits to clients, clients’ representatives, consultants, etc.

• Shall be responsible for follow-ups with clients for potential projects until the signing stage, after that, there will be follow-ups during construction in regards to customer relations and payments. * Requirements:

• Candidate must be fluent in English with good presentation skills.

• The Arabic language is an additional preference.

• Candidates work will be with clients, and he can work on proposals, presentations, etc.

• The Candidate should have previous knowledge and experience in the UAE construction market.

• Technical educational background is a must.

• Located in the UAE currently

• Immediate candidates preferred but not essential
