Should have experience working in a Call Center.
• Maintain and update company databases and Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees, clients
• Update office policies as needed and maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails)
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to introduce/propose company profile
• Obtain customer information including names and addresses
• Appraising properties and obtaining listings of properties for sale/rent
• Marketing the property and seeking out and introducing buyers.
• Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients,
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Coordinating with the agent for the available properties, coming up properties & regular follow up for the Landlords/Sellers for their properties.
