Office Administrator & Asst. HR Experience: 3-5 years relevant field. Gender: Male/Female Current Location: UAE. • Experience in Outsourcing and sales preferred • Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Should have Basic UAE Labor Law knowledge • Should have experience in HR activities • Should have basic accounts knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects • Customer-service oriented • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company • Provide administrative support for operations team • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents • Coordinate project deliverable.
