Job Summary:

Retail sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Reporting:

1. Reports Directly to Retail Operation Manager with regard to daily operations, sales, challenges and other issues and suggestions.

2. Reports to HR department with regard to any Employee issues, Employee performances and related matters.

3. Reports to Chief Chocolate Officer when its requested.
