The Kids’ Club Attendant is responsible for interacting with and supervising the safety of children.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the children’s safety at all times and effectively control the level of play in the facility.
Interact with children, greet children by name, comfort them, control the environment by introducing toys, games, crafts, and videos.
Encourage children to participate in appropriate activities provided by Defined Fitness.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment by cleaning toys, play area, and restrooms.
Interact with parents: greet by name and give feedback on children’s behavior.
Initiate parent paging when necessary.
Communicate to management and co-workers in an effective, professional and courteous manner.
Ensure parents complete all necessary paperwork according to procedures.
Monitor child drop off and pick up.

QUALIFICATION.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS A MUST
