Duties
• Overall company Data collection and Documentation
• Daily reports and staff attendance
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Office Administration management
• Submit and reconcile expenses reports
• Develop and maintain filing systems
• Company Registration
• Market Research- Primary Procurement, New Vendors and contractors
• Contacting People- Tele Calling and social media
• Social Media updating
• Tenders and Company registration
• Client Meetings/site visits with other staffs as per requirements
• Presentation with other staffs as per requirement
• Negotiations and follow up- Suppliers/vendors/clients
• Personal assistant to the Managing Director.
