Fleet Coordinator – MH
• Opening and closing of work orders for MH Equipment
• Preparing and arranging the MH Equipment hour meter sheet to be submitted to Accounts (for monthly invoicing)
• Scheduling of service and coordinating with the customer; issuing of parts for the same
• Updating of Service Tracking.
• Creating a chart for the assignment of work for Fridays and holidays.
i. Technicians to be assigned by supervisor, driver, and vehicle to be provided
• Checking of parts availability for the workshop in cases of breakdown and service
• Coordinating with the customer to ensure that they are informed of the technicians’ visit to their site for service or repair
• Coordinating with the customer for Gate pass to the security zone and providing necessary documents.
• Arrange for any site safety induction.
• Updating of MH Equipment hour meter on a daily basis in order to schedule for service if due.
• Filing of job cards
• Creating reports: MH Equipment (for on-site service and breakdown), breakdown calls
• Providing Reports to our Dubai office.

Education Qualification

Graduation- Degree in Management
