A Multinational travel and tourism company needs a ticketing reservation agent
Responsible for clients flights on his/her agenda
• Following up with all flight bookings needed on agenda
• Daily follow up with all flight booked and flight time changed on agenda to pass the new dates or departures to agents and clients
• Handling clients and customers requests via Internet including communication, quotations, reservations & operations.
• General knowledge about hotel reservation.
