Apex Dream Real Estate Brokers is seeking for a qualified and experienced Female Public Relations Officer (Public Relations Officer ). The Public Relations Officer must have strong knowledge of the UAE labour laws and should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the similar role dealing with the different government entities like Immigration Department, Labour Office, Chamber of Commerce etc.

Responsibilities
• experience in processing new hires residence permit applications for employees and their dependents, including issuance of entry permit, scheduling medical and biometrics appointment, and issuance of Emirates ID.
• Assist with office inspections/audits, as required.
• Record management – update visa administration information.
• Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses business requirements.
• Advise management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of visas.
• Provide continuous advice in regard to new rules in the governmental departments.
• Provide Public Relations Officer daily report to the Human Resources to update the recruitment report.

Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the UAE in the same role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour law.
• Female
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent record keeping and documentation management.
• experience in dealing with different government offices.
• Arabic Nationality.
• Valid UAE driving license and willing to travel around UAE, if required.
