A well reputed and successful Interior Decoration Specialist company is looking to urgently recruit a Estimator for Our Metha - Dubai Office.
The person must join by 10th of December 2019.

The Ideal candidate will be having at least 2-3 years in UAE in interior fitout company working as a Quantity surveyor having strong knowledge of ID works (Gypsum ceiling and Partition, Painting, Flooring and Joinery.)
1. Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Interior Fitout company.
2. Can independently prepare the BOQ from Drawings and specifications / layout and prepare all direct and indirect cost including time requirement for the project.
3. Proficient in Autocad, Primavera P6, BIM. And advance excel.
4. Liaise with supplier and subcontractor for quotations.
5. Visit sites as and when required to take measurement, monitor Progress.
6. Subcontractor Payment certification.
7. Timely submission of quotation, shop drawing. And Invoice.
8. Multi-tasking capacity, excellent English communication and ability to Join Immediately.
