1.  Diploma in Safety Engineering.
2.  Professional HSE Qualification (NEBOSH IGC)
3.  5 years safety experience in facility management or labor camp management.
4. Proficiency in spoken English.
5. Proficiency in the language spoken by more than 10% of the total workforce.
