Position : Retail Arabic Speaking Sales Associate
Job Location : Abu Dhabi

• Sales
o Ensure a positive and interesting experience for all cafe visitors, providing product information as well as explaining the process.
o Taking retail orders, café orders and serving café orders.
o Processing and packing phone and online orders.
o Maintain product presentation and displays.
o Customer service at the highest level, filling chocolate boxes, gift wrapping, hamper making, & chocolate trays.
o Keep track of customer feedback and product suggestions, maintaining a good relationship with customers.
o Participate in team meetings.
