Overseeing preparation of financial statement
Provide strategic financial direction, guidance & leadership
Ensure timely and accurate recording, preparation and submission of periodic financial reports, etc.,
Ensure that credit control functions are effectively carried out.
Ensure compliance to tax regulations such as UAE indirect tax (VAT)
Ensure strict cash flow management
Responsible for total finalization of accounts,
Overall Supervision of team to ensure the effective & timely completion of responsibilities assigned
Designs reporting format to aid portfolio performance measurement, evaluation and attribution
Liaison with the external auditors, bankers, and insurers.

Conducting regular meetings with the senior management providing expert financial advice for the decision-making process.

• Fully Qualified Accountant (CA ,ACA, CPA, ACCA , CMA etc.)
• Experience in working with Trading and Distribution company will be an advantage
• 10 years of senior role is expected.
