Switchgear technician / fabricator
• After getting drawings from Supervisor for particular panels collecting the all materials from Particular Team Leader as per drawing GA and BOQ.
• Checking the drawings properly if any doubts informing to Supervisor or PM.
• Removing all related Doors and covers from panels for further accessing for marking cutting as required.
• Making the all required Knockout on door and covers as per Drawings, Filling the all Sharp Edge and Burr of Punch Hole.
• Fixing all related materials on door, mounting plates and covers as per drawings and requirements.
• Suitable for performing mechanical fabrication related works like Enclosure baying, Busbar Baying within the Switchgear Panels.
• Suitable for performing door, Cut outs, Components fixture on mounting plates, Dimensional cut outs for various components like VFD, Soft Starter, ACB, MCCB.
• Suitable for performing assembly fixation of ACB, MCCB of all types like fixed and plug in, drawout breakers.
• Familiar with enclosure Baying system for different makes like, Blokset, Prisma, ALFA, Oken, Rittal, Universal Enclosures, Elsteel, Cubic, other sheet steel enclosures Etc.
