Experience: Min 3 to max 8 years
Responsibilities & Desired profile of the candidate:
• Hard core coding, programming, requirement gathering, client support, documentation, gap analysis, technical demos, onsite support, relevant software development experience as below:

1. Windows application development: –
• VB.Net
• MS SQL server 2008 R2 /2012 / 2016
• Crystal report 13
• Recent and Proven experience on window-based ERP / CRM / HRMS applications
(Preferred domain – Construction / Contracting / Mfng / Trading / Real Estate etc)

2. Web application development: –
•Dot net core
•Asp.Net
•MVC
•C#.net
•Java script, Ajax, JQuery, HTML, and Web services, WCF & SOA, ADO.Net
•Relevant experience in ERP software development on windows & web-based applications is a MUST.
•Expertise in preparing functional documents & technical write-ups for the projects.
•Hands on experience in client support, implementation, user training & sign offs. Involving in technical demos to clients.
• Experience in Mobile application development will be an added advantage (Preferably android application)

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Work experience in an IT software house or consultancy is a MUST
2.Education: B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Comp. Science
3.Must have good communication skills – written & verbal.
4.Preferring someone with the positive attitude & right approach
5.Exposure in working on ERP projects is a must.
