Analyzes and evaluates drawings specifications and other documentation to prepare cost, materials and labor estimates. Calculates and prepare the quantities. Calculates the cost of materials, labor and other resources. Sources suppliers capable of complying with tender. Prepares bill of quantities and final quotation and/or its revision. Reviews design options and recommends value engineering solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials. Minimum 2 years experience as a Joinery Estimator.
