Job Requirements :

• Experienced in Retail, Commercial and Restaurant/cafes designing.

• Ability to accelerate client requirements into workable/creative ideas by staying updated with the Trends and Cultures.

• Well versed with Mall procedures and guidelines.

• Ability to build suitable Mood board & Material boards, good knowledge of joinery finishes and production quality surveying.

• Should have knowledge of Civil and MEP works

• Should be able to work for extended hours if assigned task is not finished

• Good understanding of Governmental Authorities Submission and approval processes in UAE.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – (must be able to make PPTs)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

– Experienced in AutoCAD software

– Skilled in 3DsMax or other softwares to create 3D designs.

– Photoshop

Added Advantage:

– Microsoft Powerpoint Presentation

– UAE driving license

– Minimum 3 years interior designing experience in UAE.
