Security Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of security services provided to the company in UAE, Egypt, Africa & Iraq.

• Design and implement world class security plan for the protection of company’s assets against security risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including local law enforcement, government, regulatory agencies; and industry peers to inform leadership on emerging risks and industry best practice.
• Development and delivery of Remote Area Security Preparedness training awareness sessions
• Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for critical security assets and conducting training for security personal to make those assets operational
• Enhancement of the Company’s Field Security team capability by recruiting, mentoring and coaching local staff
• Designing and delivering implementation of a long-term Security Strategy and cost effective Standard operating procedures for contractors
• Experienced working in hostile environment, like Iraq.
